摘要 磨辊轴是水泥生产设备立磨上的重要零件,其锻件重量大约为20 t。基于它的自身质量大,一端为特殊的方头形状,锻造难度较大,因此胎模锻的成形方式和先进的数值模拟技术便成了最理想的工艺研究方法。本文主要运用 DEFORM-3D 软件对磨辊轴胎模锻的生产工艺进行了模拟分析,通过多次工艺优化改进,确定了较为合理的工艺方案。 The roller shaft is the important part of standing mill which is used for the equip-ment producing cement. Its forging weight is probably 20 t. And It charactertzes a heavy wetgnt and has one end with square form, forge is a more difficult, so.forming method of loosing tooling forging and Numerical simulative technology become the most ideal analysis method for the technology. The paper simulates and analyzes the production process of loosing tooling forging for roller shaft by DEFORM-3D software, and decides the more proper technical plan with multiple optimization and improvement.
