摘要
推导出非对称渐开线塑料齿轮一个啮合周期中各特殊点在不同状态下与节点的啮合系数,通过非对称渐开线塑料齿轮接触分析应用实例,对非对称渐开线塑料齿轮七个特殊点的接触应力进行了解析法计算。结果表明,主动轮单齿啮合下界点处的接触应力为最大。与标准塑料齿轮相比,非对称渐开线塑料齿轮各点的接触应力均有所降低,说明塑料齿轮采用非对称齿廓可以提高齿面接触强度。非对称渐开线塑料齿轮的解析法计算,为检验用有限元方法计算这一新型塑料齿轮接触应力的合理性与精确性提供了依据。
This paper deduced the engage coefficient between special mesh points at single and double teeth mesh areas and pitch point of asymmetric involute plastic gear in one engagement period. The contact stress of seven special mesh points are calculated by analytic method for asymmetric involute plastic gear. The results show that the peak contact stress is at lower point of single teeth mesh area of the dpiving gear. Compared with a standard involute plastic gear, the asymmetric involute plastic gear could effciently improve the tooth face contact stress. The analytic method of asymmetric involute plastic gear provides for verifing rationality and accuracy of the new plastic gear~ contact stress with FEM method.
