摘要
目前生产安防的数据采集系统有一种较为先进的联网技术,即通过串口联网服务器,使以前的RS-232/RS-485设备可以立即升级成为具有以太网接口的设备.在此给出一种采用串口服务器作为上下位机连接的桥梁来构建中小工程项目的解决方案.通过此方案,可以将在下位机采集的数据通过以太网进行传输,监控中心和各个控制终端都可以通过以太网传输协议接收到数据,提高了数据传输速率和安全性,也能大大提高工厂的实时监控效率.
At present, data acquisition system for productive safety and protection system adopts one kind ot more advanced networking technology, which enables former RS-232/RS-485 equipment immediately upgrade to the one having Ethernet interface through the serial port networking server. In this paper, combined with a practical project, a valuable scheme which adopts serial port device network server as connective bridge to connect PC and controllers is presented. In this scheme, the data collected by PC are transmitted by Ethernet, the monitor center and every control terminal receive the data by Ethernet transport protocols, which can increase the data transmission rate and safety, and also greatly increase the real-time monitor efficiency in the factory.
