摘要
以马铃薯淀粉为原料,3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为醚化剂,干法制备了季铵型阳离子淀粉,研究了氢氧化钠用量、醚化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、含水率对取代度和反应效率的影响。在淀粉用量10g、醚化剂用量1.16g时,最佳制备条件为氢氧化钠0.123g、反应温度80℃、反应时间3h、含水率35%;此条件下,取代度为0.070,反应效率为69.7%。
An experiment was conducted to prepare quaternary ammonium type cationic starch using potato starch as materials and 3-chloro-2-hydroxyprnpyl-trimethyl ammonium chloride as etherifying agent. Effects of sodium hydroxide dosage, etherifying agent dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, and moisture content on substitution degree and reaction efficiency were studied. The optimal preparation conditions for 10 g original starch and 1.16 g etherifying agent were obtained as sodium hydroxide 0. 123 g, reaction temperature 80 degrees C, reaction time 3 hours, and moisture content 35%. The substitution degree of the quaternary ammonium type cationic starch reached 0.070 and the reaction efficiency was 69.7% under the optimal conditions.
