摘要
采用正交L16(45)实验法,以Na基膨润土为原料,用溴化十六烷基吡啶为插层剂,与膨润土层间的金属离子进行离子交换,通过改变反应温度、反应时间、pH值、固液比、季铵盐添加量5个因素,得到不同条件下的有机膨润土.用X光衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)对产品结构进行表征,获得了最佳改性工艺条件.
Cetyl pyridinium bromide monohydrate is used to exchange the metal irons in the innerlayers of sodium-based bentonite which is used as raw material and the organobentonites are obtained with orthogonal technique by changing the reaction conditions such as reaction time,reaction temperature, pH, the quantity of quaternary ammonium, and the ratio of bentonite to water. The modified bentonites are characterized by FTIR, X-ray diffraction and TG-DTG technique, and the best process conditions for preparation of the organophilic bentonites are found.
