摘要 目的探讨血循环中白细胞计数(WBC)在糖代谢异常和糖尿病患者中的变化。方法对156例糖尿病、糖代谢异常和正常对照组患者血循环中WBC、空腹血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油进行对比观察。结果糖尿病、糖代谢异常和正常对照组之间WBC和三酰甘油在各组之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);WBC的多因素Linear regression分析发现,空腹血糖是WBC的相关因子(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病和糖代谢异常患者血循环中WBC升高,而且WBC与空腹血糖水平相关。因此,血循环中WBC升高可能参与糖尿病的发病和进展。 Objective To study the changes of white blood cell count in patients with diabetes mellitus and impaired glucose metabolism. Methods White blood cell count, fasting blood glucose, total plasma cholesterol and plasma triglyeeride were observed in 35 cases with diabetes mellitus, 36 cases with impaired fasting glucose and 85 healthy controls. Resalts The white blood cell count and plasma triglyceride were significantly different among the three groups and healthy controls( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and fasting blood glucose was identified as a asignificant and independent risk factor for white blood cell count (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The white blood cell count is increased in patients with diabetes mellitus and impaired fasting glucose, and white blood cell count is positively related to fasting glucose. White blood cell count may take part in the forming and development of diabetes mellitus.
