摘要
离合器是汽车传动系中的重要总成,摩擦片是离合器的重要零件之一,对离合器性能具有很大的影响。为了提高离合器的工作性能,采用有限元技术对离合器摩擦片进行了热-应力耦合分析,基于所建立的离合器接合过程中的热传导物理模型,进行了有限元分析,并得到了热载荷下摩擦片的温度分布以及应力分布情况。实验研究结果表明,该方法对于离合器的使用、设计具有一定的指导作用。
The clutch is an integral of the automotive transmission system, where as friction disk, a major part of the clutch, impacts significantly on clutch performance. In order to improve its performance, a finite element technology was employed for friction disk coupling heat stress. Based on the established physical model of heat conduction in engaging process of clutch , the finite elements were analyzed to acquire the temperature distribution and heat distribution of friction disk under thermal loads. The experimental results show that it is significant for the design and use of clutch.
