摘要
目的探讨头穴透刺结合中药清开灵(QKL)对急性脑出血(ICH)模型大鼠脑组织损伤的保护机制。方法采用脑内注入自体血凝块复制实验性脑出血大鼠模型,观察头穴透刺结合QKL注射液对模型大鼠第1天,3天及第7天时脑组织中内皮素(ET-1)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的影响。结果模型大鼠脑组织ET-1含量第1天升高,第3天尤著(P<0.01),第7天恢复;CGRP活性各天均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论头穴透刺结合QKL注射液具有调节ET-1和CGRP水平,从而改善脑血管的功能状态,可能是其治疗出血性中风的机理之一。
Objective To explore the protection mechanism of scalp - acupunctrure conbimed with Qimgkailing injection on acute intracerebral hemorrhage rats. Methods We dupliacated the intraeerebral hemorrhage model of rat by injecting autoblood colt into brain, and brain tissue endothelin and calcitonin gene -related peptide contents were determined on the 1 st, 3rd ,Tth days after making the model. Results The content of brain tissue endothelin was increased on the 1st day,and obviously on the 3rd day ( P 〈 0.01 ) ,however,it was to normal level on the 7st day,the content of brain tissue calcitonin content gene -related peptide was decreased obviously on the 1 st ,3rd ,7th days ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Scalp - acupuncture and injecting" Qingkailing" injection can adjust the contents of brain tissue endothelin and calcitonin, improve the functional status of Cerebrovaseular tissue, which may be the possible mechanism of treating intracerebral hemorrhage.
