摘要
目的优选防风色原酮的超声波提取工艺。方法以升麻素苷、升麻素、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷和亥茅酚苷的含量为指标,采用正交实验法优选超声波提取防风色原酮的最佳工艺。结果最佳提取条件为料液比为1∶30,超声时间45 min,超声温度50℃,超声频率90 kHz。结论采用超声波提取技术提取防风色原酮,提取时间短,提取效率高,可用于防风色原酮的提取。
Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of chromone from Saposhnikovia divaricata ( Turcz. ) Schischk. by ultrasonic wave. Methods The contents of prim-O-glueosylcimifugin, cimifugin, 5-O-methylvisammioside and sec-O-glueosylhamaudol were served as indicating indexes, and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. Results The optimal ultrasonic condition was as follows : the feed - liquid rate was 1 : 30 ; the extractive time was 45 min; the extractive temperature was 50℃ and the supersonic frequency was 90 kHz. Conclusion The extraction of chromone from S. divarieata with ultrasonic wave is found to be a rapid and efficient extraction method with short time and high production yield.
