摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体,考察了复合载体和焙烧温度对Pd基催化剂噻吩加氢脱硫性能的影响,并运用XRD、TPR、NH3-TPD、H2和N2吸附等技术对载体及催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Pd/ZrO2-Al2O3比Pd/ZrO2、Pd/Al2O3催化剂有较好的噻吩加氢脱硫反应活性。ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体的焙烧温度对Pd基催化剂加氢脱硫性能有较大的影响,其中以773 K焙烧制得的ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体的比表面积和孔容较大,Pd活性组分与载体的相互作用较强,催化剂的酸量和活性组分的分散度较大,以及加氢脱硫反应的活化能较低,因此以其为载体的Pd基催化剂具有较好的加氢脱硫活性。
ZrO2 - Al2O3 mixed supports were prepared by the sol - gel method and calcined at 773 K and 973K. The influence of mixed support and calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of Pd/ZrO2 - Al2O3 catalysts for the hydrodesulfurization ( HDS ) of thiophene were studied. XRD, TPR, NH3 - TPD, H2 adsorption and N2 adsorption techniques were used to characterize the samples. Pd/ZrO2 -Al2O3 catalyst has better hydrodesulfurization activity than those of Pd/ZrO2 and Pd/Al2O3 catalysts. The calcination temperature of ZrO2 -Al2O3 mixed support had the certain effect on the catalytic performances for HDS over Pd besed catalyst. The ZrO2 - Al2O3 calcined at 773 K had larger BET surface area and pore volume. The Pd catalyst supported on the ZrO2 -Al2O3 calcined at 773K has higher activity, and this explaned in terms of the stronger metal - support interaction, the more acid sites, the higher metal dispersion and the lower apparent activation energy.
