不同环境因子对球等鞭金藻胞内和胞外多糖合成的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究了培养时间、pH、盐度和光照度对球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)胞内和胞外多糖合成的影响。结果表明,培养时间为10d时,胞内和胞外多糖的产量均较高;pH在7.0时达到最大值;PH在6.O~9.0范围内,胞外多糖产量则随PH增大而增加;当盐度在8.25%0~66.00%0范围内,胞内和胞外多糖产量随盐度的增大而增加;较高光照度下藻细胞的胞内和胞外多糖产量显著高于较低光照度下的胞内和胞外多糖产量。比较上述结果发现,培养时间、PH、盐度和光照度均对胞内多糖合成有明显的影响;对胞外多糖而言,培养时间和光照度能显著影响其合成。 Isochrysis galbana in different growth phases, pH, salinity and light intensity were analyzed. The results indicated that the algae in stationary phase (10 d) had higher intracellular and extraeellular polysaccharide production. When the pH of media was maintained at 7.0, there was the highest production of intracellular polysaccharide. When pH was between 6.0 and 9.0, the extracellular polysaccharide production increased with the enhancement of pH; when salinity was between 8.25%0 and 66.00%0, the polysaccharide production of I. galbana increased with the en- hancement of salinity. However, when the salinity is beyond 66.00%0, it inhibited the polysac- charide synthesis of microalgae. A higher light intensity resulted in more intracellular and extra- cellular polysaccharide production for I. galbana. Growth phases, pH, salinity and light intensity were key factors to control the polysaccharide production of I. galbana. Those factors had sig- nificant effect on the intracellular polysaccharide synthesis, but growth phases and light intensity significantly affected the extraeellular polysaceharide synthesis.
