摘要
推行通识教育是目前我国高水平研究型大学培养模式改革的核心内容,对培养拔尖创新人才至关重要.分析了通识教育的内涵及其在人才培养中发挥的重要意义,提出了现代大学实施通识教育的出路,即:更新教育理念;改变教师观点,提高教师素质;让大学生对各种知识有所了解;加强法规建设;加强师生之间的联系等,以此来逐步实施大学通识教育.
Carrying out general education is the core of educational reform for high-level research type universities of our country at present, which is of crucial importance to training outstanding innovative talents. This paper deeply analyzes the connotation of general education in college and its significance in personneltraining. It reasoningly points out the way out for general education conducted at college, which means to update the educational concept, remold teachers＇ world outlook, improve teachers＇ quality, give various kind of knowledge to students, strengthen the legal system construction, enhance the communication between teachers and students, etc.
