摘要
针对带中间支骨的耐压圆柱壳结构进行优化,采用改进的复合形法并引入裕量的概念对得到最优解时各个约束条件进行分析。数值结果表明:在现有理论公式和结构重量最轻的前提下,保证肋骨稳定性的约束条件是限制结构尺寸的最主要因素。肋骨和中间支骨的结构参数对耐压圆柱壳结构稳定性有较大影响,而壳板厚度和肋骨间距的参数变化只能在一定程度上提高耐压圆柱壳结构稳定性。
This paper conducts an optimal design of pressure cylindrical shell with middle frames using the modified compound form method with interactive operation.The conception of margin is cited to analyze the constrained functions while getting the minimal results.Numerical results show that in the preconditions of existing analytical formulae and the minimal weight of the structure, the constrained function which ensures the stabilities of the stiffeners is the primary factor that restricts tile dimensions of the structure and the structural parameters of ring stiffener and/or middle frame have important effects on the stability of pressure shell while the changing of shell thickness and stiffener spacing can only increase the stability of pressure structure in some extent.
