摘要
覆盖件模具型面的加工质量是模具制造技术中的关键。在分析比较高速切削时3轴联动数控加工方式和5轴联动数控加工方式的优缺点的基础上,指出分区域3+2轴(亦称定位5轴)数控加工方式在覆盖件模具型面高速切削应用上的优势。
The quality of machining shape surface is the key factor panel dies manufacturing. Based on analyzing and comparing excellence and shortcoming of continuous 3 - axis and continuous 5 - axis numerical control machining, the advantage of 3 + 2 - axis ( i. e. positional 5 - axis ) numerical control zonal high - speed machining auto panel dies surface was shown.
