摘要
建立了齿轮三维模型,借助于边界元分析软件FRANC3D,采用边界元法计算了它的三维表面裂纹前沿不同位置处的应力强度因子,并对裂纹进行扩展模拟。提供了轮齿表面引发断裂之缺陷的评价规则,说明了FRANC3D在对带有初始裂纹或缺陷齿轮进行数值分析预测与仿真方面的可行性,为齿轮使用寿命预测及其优化设计提供了参考。
Three-dimensional model of the gear is built and we use boundary element analysis software FRANC3 D base on boundary element method to calculate the stress intensity factors on the different locations of three-dimensional surface crack, and then do the crack extension simulation. It proposes the evaluation rules of defects which can cause cracks, showing the feasibility of FRANC3D in numerical analysis, forecasting and simulation with initial gear crack or defects. This paper gives a reference to the life prediction of the gear and the optimization design for the gears.
