摘要
介绍了采用化学合成法、新型电解法及高能球磨法制备超细铜粉的相关工艺,综述了超细铜粉在导电填料、复合材料及微电子材料等领域的应用。
The ultra-fine copper preparation technology by chemosynthesis,new electro-analysis and high energy ball mill were introduced.Some applications of ultra-fine copper powder used in electricity filling,composite material and macro-electronics material were summarized.
