摘要
介绍了来宾市干旱灾害的基本情况,从桂中地区的地形、地貌、人为因素及水利工程因素等方面分析了来宾市干旱灾害频繁的原因。论述了解决这一问题的工程措施和非工程措施。
Based on an introduction of the general of drought disaster in Laibin city, the author analyzed the causes for frequent drought from the aspects of topography and land form of Guizhong （middle-Guangxi） area, artificial factors, water conservancy works etc., and discussed the engineering and non-engineering measures for settling the drought problem.
