摘要
针对油气储运设施工程特点,通过比较清洁生产和循环经济的理念及侧重点,提出了全生命周期的环保管理理念,然后根据这一理念分析了我国油气储运设施工程从设计、施工到投产、运行全过程的环保管理现状和发展趋势,并提出了相应建议。
Comparing with the philosophy of cleaner production and cyclic economy, Lifecycle theory for environmental management was presented in this paper, aiming at the features of oil&gas storage and transportation.According to the theory, the management actuality and tendency trend of the oil&gas storage and transportation projects in China were further analyzed, including the course of design, construction, put into production and running. Finally, the suggestions were put forward for improving environmental protection.
