摘要
加强和改进高校领导干部监督工作是我国高等教育事业持续健康发展的重要保证。通过对我国高校领导干部监督工作存在的问题及原因分析,提出构建高校领导干部监督教育警示机制、权力制约机制、联动协调机制和保障激励机制的应对之策。
It is an important assurance for the sound development of higher education in China to strengthen and improve the work of monitoring on leading cadres in higher institutions. Some countermeasures are proposed for constructing cadre monitoring and warning mechanism, supervision mechanism, coordination mechanism and mechanism of guarantee and initiative by ways of analyzing existing problems in the current monitoring work and exploring corresponding causes.
