摘要
目的:从高寒菊科植物中筛选α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。方法:采用α-葡萄糖苷酶活性测定方法,对37种经水提取的高寒菊科植物进行了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的筛选。结果:在样品浓度0.625mg/mL反应体系下,5种高寒菊科植物水提取物显著抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,抑制率达到50%上。结论:α-葡萄糖苷酶活性测定结果显示,某些高寒菊科植物提取物能显著抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,如果对其进一步的分离、纯化并提取活性部位,有望获得高活性的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。
Aim: To screen alpha-glucosidase inhibitors from alpine Compositae herbs(ACH). Methods: By determining alpha-glucosidase enzyme activity, 37 kinds of ACH water extracts were tested in search of alpha-glucosidase inhibitors. Results: It was found that 5 kinds of ACH water extracts at the concentraction of 0. 625 mg/mL inhibited alpha-glueosidase and that their inhibitory rates were above 50%. Conclusion: It was indicated that the extracts of ACH had inhibitory activities on alpha-glucosidase. Therefore, ACH is suggested as a potential source of acquiring alpha-glucosidase inhibitors. Further efforts on the separation and the purification of ACH might lead to novel alpha-glucosidase inhibitors.
