摘要
【目的】探讨低温胁迫下化控种衣剂调控大豆幼苗抗寒性的机理。【方法】以常规种衣剂(ND)包衣为对照,以化控种衣剂(HK)包衣为处理,通过室内人工模拟低温逆境的方法,研究了化控种衣剂对大豆幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性糖及内源激素比值的影响,分析了上述指标在低温逆境下的动态变化规律。【结果】低温胁迫后,化控种衣剂提高了叶片POD、SOD活性和可溶性糖含量,降低了MDA含量,调节了叶片内源激素系统的动态平衡,增加了IAA/ABA、GAs/ABA、CTKs/ABA比值,化控种衣剂处理的曲线变化平缓。【结论】化控种衣剂通过促进叶片保护酶活性,降低膜质过氧化程度,增加渗透调节物质及促进型内源激素的相对比例,提高大豆幼苗的抗寒性。
[ Objective ] The study was performed to explore the mechanism of cold resistance of soybean seedlings enhanced by chemical control seed coating agent. [Method] Through low temperature stress simulated artificially in the room, seed coated with general seed coating agent as the control, the treatment of seed coated with chemical control seed coating agent was made and the effects of chemical control seed coating agent on some physiological and biochemical indexes of soybean seedling (MDA, POD, SOD, soluble sugar and the rate of plant intrinsic hornlones) were studied. At the same time, the dynamic changes and interrelation under low temperature stress were analyzed. [Result] The results showed as follows: 1) As far as the activity of POD, SOD and the content of soluble sugar was concerned, the treatment was higher than the control after low temperature stress. 2) The content of MDA in treatment was lower than that in the control, and the curve in the treatment with chemical control seed coating agent changed slowly. 3) The rate of plant intrinsic hornlones (IAA/ABA, GAs/ABA, CTKs/ABA)in the treatment increased compared with the control. [ Conclusion ] It is concluded that chemical control seed coating agent could boost cold resistance of soybean seedling.
