摘要
介绍了基于VB 6.0的双容水箱液位PID控制系统仿真软件的设计和实现方法.在SUPCON CS4000DDC实验装置上进行实验,得到了双容水箱的阶跃响应曲线,并计算出了对应的数学模型.应用计算机仿真算法对系统进行仿真编程,实现了柱状液位的动态显示,以及实时液位、阀位、设定值的曲线绘图显示.另外,该软件还具有仿真时间设定、仿真步长设定和仿真速度设定及手自动切换.对仿真软件的控制图形与Simulink的仿真结果进行了比较,证明了该软件的正确性.
The method to design the liquid level PID control system simulation software of doublecapacity water tank is introduced. The double-capacity water tank step response curve is obtained on the SUPCON CS4000 experiment device, and then the dynamic model is derived. By means of the computer simulation algorithm and VB language programming, the software can dynamically show the column liquid level, curve drawing of real-time liquid level, valve and set-point curve drawing of liquid level. In addition, the software can set the simulation time, simulation step, simulation speed and the change of automation and manual switch. Finally, the control curves of the simulation software and the simulation result of Simulink is compared ,justifying the software
