摘要
本文从国内服务外包发展的现状和趋势分析入手,指出了当前服务外包主要承接国——印度服务外包发展模式存在的优势和劣势。同时结合天津市在发展服务外包方面存在的比较优势,提出了天津市发展服务外包的基本战略路线,并具体提出了一条适合天津市服务外包产业发展的最佳路径,为天津市的服务外包发展规划提供参考。
By analyzing the development status and trends of the domestic service outsourcing, this article indicates that there are beth advantages and disadvantages in India （the major undertake country for current services outsourcing ） services outseurcing model of development. At the same time, combined with the existing comparative advantages through the development of services outsourcing in Tianjin, this article puts forward the basic strategy routes in the development of services outsourcing in Tianjin, and a specific services outsourcing industry in Tianjin for the best path . In a word, the article gives a reference for the city＇s development planning about services outsourcing.
