摘要
观察侧脑室微量注射apelin对大鼠痛阈的影响。方法将30只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为NS对照组、吗啡(Morphine)组和apelin组。采用辐射热刺激甩尾测痛法测量痛阈,以大鼠甩尾反应的潜伏期(tail-flick la-tency,TFL)作为痛阈指标。侧脑室微量注射药物后分别10,20,30,40,50,60(min)时测TFL。结果侧脑室微量注射apelin后10~30 min大鼠痛阈与NS对照组相比显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),30 min后大鼠痛阈逐渐回升,至60 min时大鼠痛阈仍低正常水平。结论在中枢神经系统内,apelin参与痛与痛觉调制过程,脑内apelin含量增加,有明显的痛敏作用。
Objective: To study the effect on the pain thresthod after micro-injection of apelin into lateral cerebral ventricles.Methods: 30 male SD rats were divided into three groups,NS,morphine and apelin groups.The latency of tail-flick induced by radiant heat stimulation was used as measurements of pain threshold(PT) in rats.Microdoses of normal sodium(NS),morphine or apelin were injected into lateral cerebral ventricles.The changes of pain threshold were observed at 10,20,30,30,40,50 and 60 min after administration.Results: Compared with the NS group,pain threshold was significantly reduced within 10-30 minutes after apelin administration and thereafter slowly restored,but remained significant 60 minutes later compared with NS group(P〈0.01).Conclusion: These results suggest that apelin has a hyperalgesica effect in central nervous system of rats.
