摘要
福建农村普通高中存在着办学经费短缺、教师队伍质量不高、生源萎缩、办学模式单一等问题。针对以上问题,政府应合理布局,规划农村普通高中的发展,加强农村普通高中教师队伍建设,合理配置教育资源,缩小教育质量差距,同时学校自身要做好发展规划,拓展学校发展空间。
There is a shortage of school funding, high - quality contingent of teachers, students atrophy, a single mode of school running in Fujian rural high schools. In order to solve the above problems, the government should have a rational distribution, plan the development of rural high schools, strengthen the faculty building, distribute educational resources rationally, and narrow the gap in the quality of education, and the schools should do a good job in their own development plans, expanding school development space.
