摘要
教师文化是教师在教育教学活动中形成与发展起来的价值观念和行为方式,其内蕴在教师行为中深层次的精神文化,是教师文化的核心和灵魂。教师精神文化建设的最终旨趣是促进教师专业发展,因此,在诠释教师专业发展与教师文化关系的基础上,厘定深层次教师精神文化的内在构成因素,深刻分析它们在教师精神文化建设中的作用,其中,教育教学理念是先导,教师专业精神是动力,教师专业尊严是核心,人际关系规范是目标。
The teacher culture is deeply rooted in the teaching value and behavior, which is developed into the teacher spiritual culture. Promotion of the teacher professionalism is ultimate objective of the construction of the teacher spiritual culture. Hence, it is significant to clarify the inner factors of the teacher spiritual culture on the basis of the understanding of the relations between professional development and teacher culture. With the teaching idea as a precursor, teacher spirit serves as a driving force, professional dignity a core and interpersonal norm a goal.
