摘要
从盐碱土壤中分离筛选耐盐菌株12株,经鉴定分别为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium),盐单胞菌属(Halomonas),微球菌属(Micrococcus)和芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)。各菌株均耐盐至10%,且对小麦、番茄、辣椒和黄瓜没有潜在致病性。
12 halotolerant bacteria were isolated from salt - soda soil and identified to belong to Pseudo- monas, Flavobacterium, Halomonas, Micrococcus and Bacillus respectively. Every strain had the tolerance up to 10% NaCI and no potential pathogenicity to wheat, tomato, hot pepper and cucumber.
