摘要
为了探讨附体与主船体之间的相互干扰,分析船体的尾部流动特性,采用数值方法对粘性流场中带附体船舶和裸船体引起的伴流分布进行了计算研究.在数学建模的过程中,采用绘图软件AUTO-CAD绘制船体以及附体各剖面面域,再导入FLUENT前处理器GAMB IT联合建模,并采用非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)去拟合各个型值点,从而建立光滑的船体及附体表面外形.计算得到带附体船舶和裸船体桨盘面上不同半径处轴向速度,周向速度和径向速度的周向分布以及各圆周上平均轴向速度,周向速度和径向速度沿径向的分布情况.计算了不同傅汝德数下裸船体和带附体船舶桨盘面处的伴流变化.结果对比表明附体的存在将引起船体桨盘面处伴流分布的不均匀.计算结果与试验值吻合较好,说明该方法可以为模拟船体桨盘面处伴流以及分析附体对桨盘面处伴流的影响提供有效的数值工具.
In order to explore the interaction between ship hull and appendages and to analyze the flow field of wakes, a numerical method was utilized to investigate the wake distribution in viscous flow field for bare hull and hull with appendages. In the process of mathematical modeling, AutoCAD was used to create each section of the main hull and the appendages, and then the preprocessor GAMBIT of FLUENT software package was employed to generate smooth contours of the hull and the appendages, where the NURBS method was also used to fit the relevant points. The circumferential distribution of axial velocity, circumferential velocity and radial velocity on each radius and the radial distribution of average axial velocity, average circumferential velocity and average radial velocity were calculated using the CFD method. The wake distribution on the propeller disk at different Froude number was also calculated. Comparison of the computed results of the two different cases indicated that the appendages make the wake distribution on the propeller disk more non-uniform. The computed results agree fairly well with experimental data, which indicates that the viscous flow solver used in this paper is useful for simulating wakes from propeller disks and for analyzing the effects of appendages on wake distribution from propeller disks.
