摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和傅立叶红外光谱等方法测定并分析了微波辐照后棉纤维的形态结构、结晶度、取向度及吸湿指数等,探讨了微波辐照对棉纤维结构与性能的影响。实验结果表明:微波处理后棉纤维的回潮率下降,断裂强力总体趋势下降,但在特定的微波辐照参数下,强力上升;微波处理改变了棉纤维的形态结构,使得纤维表面变得粗糙,结晶度下降,取向度和吸湿指数增大。
The effects of microwave radiation treatment (MRT) on the physical/mechanical properties, crystalline structure of white cotton fibers were investigated by scanning electronic microscope, X-ray diffraction, Infrared spectrum, and so on. Under different MRT parameters, the regain and tensile properties of cotton fibers were tested. The experimental results indicated that higher power and longer time of MRT make the percentage of weight loss higher. Generally,treatment with microwave reduced the strength of cotton fiber, but the strength improved under given MRT conditions. MRT altered the morphology of white cotton fiber, made the fiber surface rougher. The degree of crystallinity, crystal size decreased but the degree of orientation and moisture absorption index improved.
