摘要
西酞普兰是一种理想的抗抑郁药物。本文综述了近30年来西酞普兰的合成工艺及其研究进展。
Great attention were paid to citalopram, a safety and effective antidepressant drug with good toleration, which can be used clinically as the fist choice. The synthetic technologies of citalopram as well as the process of research in recent 30 years were reviewed in this paper.
