摘要
目的:用HPLC法测定巴洛沙星中有关物质和降解产物。方法:色谱柱为Prodigy 5μODS3100A(150×4.60mm 5 micron),乙腈-0.05mol.L-1枸橼酸溶液(25∶75)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为294.0nm。结果:巴洛沙星与各杂质均能有效的分离。结论:该方法结果准确,操作简单,灵敏度高,专属性强,适用于巴洛沙星的有关物质测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for The determination of related substances and degradation products in balofloxacin. Method:HPLC with Prodigy 5u ODS3 100A (150 × 4.60mm 5 micron)as column, acetonitrile and 0. 05mol · L^-1 citric acid (25:75 ) as mobile phase, flow rate : 1.0mL · min^ - 1, UV detector at 294. Onm. Result: Balofloxacin and all of the related substances can be separated efficiently. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple, specific and exclusive,it could be used for determination of related substances in balofloxaein.
