摘要
在模拟实际工况条件下,通过动态吸附解吸测试装置,对四种汽油回收用颗粒活性炭回收120号溶剂汽油的性能,进行了吸附和解吸工程数据测试。结果表明,高比表面积的木质活性炭对溶剂油吸附率最高,椰壳活性炭次之,但微孔孔容大的椰壳活性炭吸附汽油的解吸回收得率最高,煤质活性炭其次,木质活性炭最差。并基于实验结果,进行了机理讨论。
The paper reported engineering data about 120# gasoline being recovered by 4 kinds of GACs, granule activated carbon, using dynamic testing equipment for adsorption and desorption under simulating actual situation. The test eventuated that the woodwork GAC with high surface area had the highest adsorption capacity, the coconut GAC was the second, but the coconut GAC with high micropore volume had the highest recovery-percent, then, the coal GAC and the woodwork GAC in turn. based on the test data, the mechanism of the phenomena was discussed.
