摘要
用常规方法制备的水滑石(简称LDH)为六角片状结构。通过130℃水热晶化制备了长径比在10~40、分散性良好、相组成均一和高结晶度的棒状LDH颗粒。其棒状结构包括圆柱形、四角柱形及管状,圆柱和四角柱的直径均在1μm左右,长度在10~40μm。圆柱和四角柱的表面光滑,分散性良好。这主要是由于高温高压的环境打破了常规晶化的热力学平衡,改变了晶体的生长条件。该制备方法简单易行,所得的棒状LDH在塑料添加剂、阻燃剂、农药控释和油田开发等领域有重要应用价值,对LDH的形貌控制也提供了有益启示。
Layered double hydroxides (LDH) synthesized by conventional methods has usually hexagonal platelet morphology. In this paper, the rod-like LDH, about 10 -40 in ratio of length to diameter,well dispersed with uniform phase composition and high crystallinity, was prepared using hydrothermal crystallization method. The microstructures of rod-like LDH are columniform, quadrangular and tubular. The diameter of columniform and quadrangular column is about 1 Ixm and the length is 10 40 Ixm. The surface is smooth and the dispersion is very well. All this may be contributed to the hydrothermal crystallization method which under high temperature and high pressure breaks down the thermodynamic balance and changes the crystal growth conditions of the conventional methods. This method is simple and apt. The product of rod-like LDH has significant application value in the fields of additives of plastic, flame retardants, controlled-release of pesticide, oil field exploitation, etc. This research also provides beneficial revelation about morphology control of LDH.
