摘要 遗传算法具有天然的易并行性,因此,当问题比较复杂或者初始种群规模比较大的时候,通常会将遗传算法并行化。但是并行机的代价高,普及面狭窄,因而选择机群系统作为并行计算的主体,是一个简单有效的办法。通过导热反问题的并行遗传算法研究了机群计算的并行效率和加速比。 GA is easy to have a natural parallelism, when the issue is more complicated or the nitial population size is very larger, the Parallel genetic algorithm was considered, because of The high cost of parallel computer, the cluster parallel computing become simply and effectively. Through the Parallel Genetic Algorithm of Heat Conduction Inverse Problem, the cluster of parallel computing efficiency and speedup are researched.
