单管强冷制备半固态A356铝合金浆料工艺的优化 被引量:2

Optimization of Preparation of Semi-solid A356 Aluminum Alloy Slurry by Single-tube with Strong Cooling

摘要 应用ProCAST有限元软件,通过温度场与速度场的耦合,对单管强冷制备半固态A356铝合金浆料的工艺进行模拟,采用的冷却水流量分别为25、50、75mL/s。模拟得到的优化工艺参数是:冷却水流量为50mL/s,出口铝合金的温度约为600℃,出口水的温度约为25℃。用上述工艺参数进行验证,验证结果与模拟结果一致。 Numerical simulation of preparation processing of semi-solid A356 aluminum alloy slurry was conducted by the ProCAST software with cooling water volume of 25,50,75 mL/s,in which temperature field coupling with velocity field was taken into account.The desirable semi-solid A356 aluminum alloy slurry can be prepared successfully with cooling water at 50 mL/s and outlet temperature of aluminum alloy at 600 ℃ as well as outlet temperature of water at 25 ℃.The experimental results are well in agreement with that of simulated ones.
