摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立长虹电视机的参数化有限元模型并实现跌落仿真模拟;分析电视机结构对跌落的响应,获得应力、应变云图和加速度响应等结构动态特性;为该产品结构改进和包装设计提供全面的参数;减少或避免在电视产品结构设计过程中依靠经验造成的强度不足或过盈。
The parametric finite element model of a Changhong telerision set was established using the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DNNA, and its dropping emulation was completed. The stress and strain cloud diagrams and acceleration dynamic response of TV set structure were obtained. Parameter integrity was provideo for the structure improvement and the package design for this type of TV sets. In virtue of thd analysis with this mothod, the under-strength and over-strength probtems in TV structure design can be avoided.
