摘要
采用二步法、利用二苯基二氯硅烷合成了八苯基环四硅氧烷,利用红外光谱对产物进行了表征.对其反应过程中的各影响因素进行了讨论,得出二步法适宜的反应条件:①合成二苯基硅二醇的适宜条件为,二苯基二氯硅烷与去离子水反应的体积比为1:6,反应的温度控制在10℃以内,反应时间为3~4h;②合成八苯基环四硅氧烷(D4)的适宜条件为,催化剂用量为10%(质量分数)。在78℃下反应4h左右.
In this study, dichlorodiphenylsilane as raw material, octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane was prepared. The method is made of two steps. And the structure of octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane was further characterized by FTIR. On the basis of the discussion of effect factors in the experiment, the optimized conditions were got, ①The synthesis conditions of diphenylsilanediol: V(dichlorodiphenylsilane) : V(water) = 1:6, The reaction temperature is controlled within 10 ℃, and the reaction time is 3 to 4 hours;② The synthesis conditions of octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane: The amount of catalyst is 10 %, reaction temprature is 78 ℃ and reaction time is four hours.
