摘要
采用酸析法和化学混凝法分别对木材蒸煮废水进行预处理比较,其中化学混凝法采用三氯化铁、硫酸铝、硫酸亚铁3种混凝剂,以聚丙烯酰胺为助凝剂进行混凝处理。结果表明,以三氯化铁为混凝剂,在pH=4,投药量在500mg/L时,对木质素、CODCr具有较好的去除效率,分别达到95.43%、79.49%。
The chemical coagulation treatment and acidification separation treatment were used to treat the wood cooking wastewater. FeCl3, Al2(SO4)3and FeSO4 were employed as coagulants, with PAM as coagulant aid. It is showed that the best coagulant was FeCl3., and the removal of lignin and CODCr was optimized, 95.43 % and 79.49 % respectively, when pH was 4 and the coagulant quantity was 500 mg/L.
