稻壳灰制水玻璃的正交试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用稻壳灰与NaOH溶液反应制备水玻璃。采用正交试验设计,研究NaOH溶液质量分数、物料比(NaOH溶液与稻壳灰的质量比)、反应时间和反应温度对S iO2溶出率和水玻璃模数的影响。对正交试验结果进行了极差分析和方差分析,两种分析方法得出的结论一致。最优方案为为NaOH溶液质量分数为20%,物料比为3∶1,反应时间4 h,反应温度100℃。经试验验证,最优方案的溶出率和模数分别达到95.74%和3.3,为最优试验结果。 The rice hull ash was used for preparation of water glass by reaction with NaOH liquor. Through orthogonal experiment, the influence of correlative parameters including NaOH concentration, material ratio (NaOH to rice hull ash in weight), reaction time and reaction temperature on the deliquescent rate of SiO2 and modulus of water glass was studied. The level difference and square difference analysis were applied to the orthogonal experimental, and results of two methods were identical. The optimal scheme was NaOH concentration 20%, material ratio 3:1, reaction time 4 h and reaction temperature 100℃. It was verified that the optimal experiment results were the deliquescent rate 95.74% and the modulus 3.3.
