摘要
经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,充分结合二次冷轧机组轧制模式的设备与工艺特点,综合考虑到板形、轧制稳定性、成品表面质量及实际所能达到的最大轧制速度问题,提出了一套适合于二次冷轧机组轧制模式的前滑综合控制技术,将前滑值的目标控制与区域控制相结合,实现了机架间张力及压下量的最优设定,大大提高了机组的产能及成品质量,只有较好的经济效益和进一步推广应用的价值。
Through lots of field tests and theory research, combined with DCR temper rolling mode equipment and craft feature, considering shape, rolling stability, surface quality and max speed, a set of forward slip synthesis controlling technic for DCR unit rolling mode is put forward. It combined forward slip object control and area control and realized optimization setting of tension and screw amount. The output and quality of product increase and large economic returns are created and it has further extend application value.
