摘要
对山西黎城以铁精矿为原料生产的还原铁粉进行了降低酸不溶物含量的研究。研究表明,采用铁精矿与添加降渣剂混合粗还原的新方法,可使酸不溶物质量分数由0.6%~0.7%降低至小于0.15%,且铁粉质量得以改善。
New methods of reducing sour insoluble residue for reduced iron powder were studied. It showed that the mass fraction of sour insoluble residue was reduced from 0.6%-0.7% to be smaller than 0.15%, and iron powder quality was improved by useing iron ore concentrate and additiving reducing dregs agent.
