摘要
以人才资源管理理论为基础,结合图书馆人事管理工作的实际需要,提出了图书馆人事管理DSS功能的设计及其结构和实现方法,为图书馆和学校人事主管部门对人力资源的管理和决策提供了科学的手段。
Based on the theory of talent resource management and combined with the practice of the library,the paper puts forward the functional design,structure and the application of personnel management DSS,which provides the scientific method of personnel management and the decision-making for the academic library and the personnel department of university.
