摘要
为证明分隔壁精馏塔比普通精馏塔在分离效率、能耗等方面的优势,文中以苯、甲苯和二甲苯的混合物为研究对象,采用Aspen Plus工程模拟软件,进行模拟计算。结果表明:进料位置、回流比、侧线采出位置、液体分配比均对分离效果产生影响。
In order to show that the Divided Wall Column is better than conventional distillation sequences in the separation efficiency and the energy consumption,the paper,with the mixture of benzene,toluene and xylene as research target,made simulation calculations using Aspen Plus software.The result shows that the feed position,reflux ratio,side-draw position and flow distribution ratio have influence on the separation result.The comparison were made among the Divided Wall Column distillation,the traditional side -draw distillation flow and the traditional distillation flow,which shows that the Divided Wall Column distillation is excellent in the separation efficiency and the energy consumption.
