摘要
粮食安全问题始终关系着中国经济社会的稳定和健康发展。近年来,由于能源危机的持续升级,生物能源生产加快发展,中国粮食安全问题再次成为人们关注的焦点。基于中国自然灾害频繁的国情,对1978～2006年粮食生产与自然灾害之间关系的实证研究表明,二者之间呈现显著负相关关系。中国今后应着力强化农业水利设施投资建设以提升粮食生产能力。
Food security is related to stable and healthy development of Chinese economy. In recent years, due to the continuing aggravation of the energy crisis, some developed countries have been accelerating bio-energy production. Food security in China has become one of the most serious problems in the world once again. Based on the high frequency of natural disasters in China, this article tries to empirically study the relationships between food production and natural disasters according to 1978-2006 related data. The result is as follows： there is a significant negative correlation between food production and natural disasters in China. Therefore, Chinese governments should strengthen agricultural irrigating infrastructure investment to upgrade the grain productive capacity.
