摘要 对知识和知识管理的本质进行分析,在讨论企业知识门户(enterprise knowledge portal,EKP)优势的基础上,借助知识管理相关理论和方法,分析一种面向管理对象的知识管理系统解决方案,并给出了系统的框架模型、运作模式以及这种系统的实例应用,对将来知识管理系统的开发与研究有很大的指导意义。 This paper carried on an analysis to the essence of knowledge management and knowledge management system. Basing on the proposal of EKP( enterprise knowledge portal) and with the aid of the knowledge management theory and method, proposed a solution of knowledge management system based on management object, and produced the system frame model, the operation pattern as well as the characteristic and the superiority of this system.
