摘要
以意大利耐抽苔生菜为试验材料,研究了5个梯度(75,150,225,450,550mol/s·m2)光照强度处理对其叶绿素相对含量、干重等生理指标和硝酸盐累积的影响。结果表明,光照强度显著的影响植株生长及各测定指标。叶绿素含量与光强呈正相关;地上部分和地下部分硝酸盐的累积与光强呈负相关;光合速率的日变化出现第一个波峰的时间要比田间作物滞后;分析各指标后表明最适合生菜生长的光照强度为450mol/(s·m2),达到了低硝酸盐的累积与生长品质的统一。
The impact of five light intensity(75 mol/( s · m^2 ), 150 mol/( s· m^2 ), 225 mol/( s· m^2 ) , 450 mol/( s · m^2), 550 mol/(s · m^2) ) on the physiological index (such as relative content of chlorophyll, dry weight) and nitrate accumulation of lettuce was studied in this article. The results indicated that illumination intensity affected the growth of plant and the index significantly. Chlorophyll content had the positive correlation with the light intensity while the opposite was true for nitrate accumulation in aerial parts and underground part of lettuce. The first wave peak of the photosynthesis speed diurnal variation lagged compared with that of field crops ( particular in 450 mol/( s · m^2 ) and 550 mol/( s · m^2 ) treatment ). On the basis of effects on Lettuce physiological index and nitrate accumulation, the best light intensity for lettuce is 450 mol/( s · m^2 ). In conclusion, it shows that 450 mol/( s · m^2 ) is the most suitable illumination strength for the lettuce growth, achieving the low nitrate accumulation and the good growth simultaneously.
