摘要
利用搅拌铸造法,将废弃玻璃颗粒加入到熔融的铝液中,制备出废弃玻璃/铝基复合材料。研究了复合材料的微观组织、力学性能。结果表明,玻璃颗粒较均匀地分布于基体中,界面结合良好;与基体合金相比,复合材料摩损性能优于基体合金,硬度得到提高。由于玻璃颗粒存在加工裂纹,形状较尖锐,有碍于大幅提高复合材料的性能。
Waste glass particles were successfully add to molten aluminum as reinforcement to produce glass particle reinforced Al composites through stir casting method. The microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated. It was found that the glass particles are distributed uniformly in matrix alloy exhibiting the good bonding in interface. Compared with matrix alloy, the wear property and hardness of composites are improved due to the incorporation of glass particles.
