摘要
公共产品作为现代财政学的核心概念,其基础理论发展经历了一个漫长的演化过程,其间伴随着多种思想、学科的交叉与交锋。在公共产品思想溯源的基础上,分别梳理与述评中外公共产品基础理论的发展与演变,力求能够为该领域研究者搭建一个系统的公共产品基础理论研究框架,并在此基础上把握当下研究的最近进展与国际趋势,从而促成一个独立的中国特色的公共产品基础理论研究框架的构建。
Public goods is a core concept in the modern finance, and the development of basic theory about public goods has experienced a long evolutionary process. During the period, many kinds of thought are overlapping and pinpointing. Based on tracing thoughts of public goods, we combed the development and evolution of these theory both from home and abroad, in order to build a public- goods theory system and frame for this domain researchers. Based on it, we made effort to grasp recent studying progress and its international tendency, in order to promote the formation of an independent system of public goods.
