加压输注去白细胞全血过程中红细胞计数及形态变化的体外实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]观察加压输注去白细胞全血中红细胞计数及形态的变化。[方法]选用人去白细胞全血,连接输血器及不同型号静脉留置针(18G、20G、22G、24G),对血袋施以不同的压力,观察不同压力下(100mmHg、200mmHg、300mmHg)血液流经针头末端后血液中红细胞计数,并对其中20G样本涂玻片,在油浸镜下观察红细胞形态的变化。[结果]不同压力下血液流经输血器及不同型号静脉留置针后红细胞计数变化不大,普通光镜下显示,随着压力的增加,视野中的粗刺状、椭圆状、梭状细胞数逐渐增加,有些出现细胞碎片。[结论]在压力300mmHg以内,采用18G、20G、22G、24G静脉留置针输血,短时间内血液中红细胞计数无明显变化,但有红细胞形态异常。 Objective:To observe RBC count and morphologic changes during compression transfusion of WBC- removal whole blood. Methods:Human WBC-removal whole blood was selected, then connecting apparatus transfusion with different numbers types of intravenous detaining needle (18G,20G, 22G and 24G). And different pressures had exerted on blood bags. Then RBC count changes under different pressures as blood flew out pinhead end had been observed. Among which, samples of 20G had smeared on glass slide and RBC morphologic changes had been observed under oil immersion lens. Results: RBC count changed a little under different pressures as blood flew through apparatus transfusion with different numbers types of intravenous detaining needle. And the results showed under common electron microscope that with the pressure increased, coarse - prick, oblonga,and spindle cells counts in visual fields increased gradually. Some cells had occurred splinters. Conclusion; Applying 18G, 20G, 22G and 24G intravenous detaining needle for blood transfusion under less than 300 mmHg pressure,no significant RBC count change was found in blood in short time,but RBC morphologic change had been found.
