摘要
超声相控阵具有探头阵元激励(振幅和延时)由计算机控制,声束参数如角度、焦距和焦点等可通过软件调整的种种优点。本文介绍超声相控阵技术在工业上的应用类别和实例动态,包括航空航天、核电设备、承压设备在制在用检测,强调其对复杂几何形状或可接近性受限工件检测的适应性及对缺陷定量表征的优越性。也介绍了作为应用依据的有关标准动态,及法规对相控阵操作演示的立项要求,旨在为国内推广该新技术提供借鉴。
Phased array (PA) ultrasonic technology has the advantages that the elements of search units can be excited in amplitude and delay by computer,and the beam parameters such as angle,focal distance and focal spot size can be adjusted by software. This paper outlines the application classification and practical examples, including manufacturing and service inspections used in the aerospace industry, nuclear power equipment and pressure equipment etc. It is emphasized the technology's suitability to the objects with complicated shape ,or with limited approach areas ,and superiority over defect sizing and characterization. Also, the relevant standardization of PA as a basis of application, and the performance demonstration as the necessary procedure specified by the code are introduced. The intention is to provide a reference for spreading the new technology in our country.
